Cancellation Policy

We are a private, boutique, woman-owned company with over 50 years of collective expertise. We only accept new clients because we know we can dedicate the time and attention required to achieve successful outcomes for our clients. The initial consultation is a pre-paid one-hour engagement. This can be done in our offices or online. Our meeting policy is simple. We expect mutual respect regarding time. If either party cannot make the appointment, 48 hours notice is required. If either party has an emergency or needs to cancel within that 48-hour window, fees can be credited to your account should you become a client. Should we have an emergency, we will refund your fees immediately. While our services and offerings constantly evolve with new technologies, laws, and best practices, our core expertise is in the holistic approach to information governance to reduce an organization’s risk. We are not in the business of learning on your time or your dime. We are in the business of improving, solving, teaching, and supporting our clients.
